  1. What is the delivery time ?

    For international clients deliveries can take 2-3 weeks whereas for Pakistan deliveries can take 3-5 business days. Formal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery.
  2. What if the product color varies?

    Dhaani ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Dhaani do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.
  3. Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order within 24 hours time.
  4. Can I amend my order?

    Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
  5. Can I return the product?

    We do not accept returns for online orders.
  6. How can I track my order?

    On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to Sky net website for international order respectively, insert you’re tracking ID and track.
  7. What if my merchandise is damaged?

    We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify it and arrange exchange within 7 days of purchase.
  8. How shall I make a payment?

    Following are the payment options available for your convenience:
